Rainer Kulms
Dr Rainer Kulms, LL.M. (Michigan) is a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg, Germany. He is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Hamburg and Editor-in-Chief of the European Business Organization Law Review. Rainer Kulms graduated from the University of Hamburg, obtained an LL.M. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA, and was a Visiting Fellow at the University of Cambridge (Wolfson College), UK. Rainer Kulms has published widely on German, European and US corporate and commercial law, and the law and economics of related regulatory issues. He is adjunct Professor at the School of Law and Economics of the China University of Political Science and Law.
Rainer Kulms' main fields of research include Private Law, German, European and US Corporate, Capital Market and Business Laws (including their economic aspects), Comparative Law.
