According to the principle of “no return, no suspension”, along with the notice of postponing the opening of school and adjusting the teaching model during the spring semester of the 2019-2020 academic year, the teachers of the School of Law and Economics carry out the teaching activities online actively. Since these two weeks, the teaching work of undergraduate and postgraduate has been carried out smoothly and orderly, and the concept of “Education is of paramount importance” has been practiced.
Since receive the notice of adjusting the teaching model, the School has organized teachers to make full preparations for online teaching, including being familiar with the operation of some online teaching platforms such as "Xuexitong", preparing lessons in advance, adjusting teaching materials to adapt to the online teaching model, establishing wechat group for each course, issuing notices in time, and cooperating with the academic office and the School.
At present, six courses are carried out based on the online platform, including "Theory of Law and Economics", "Law and Finance" and "Social Economic Statistics" for postgraduate students, as well as general elective course "Economics" for undergraduate students, International English Courses "Economic Analysis of China's Administrative Law" and "China's Law and Economics". Since the beginning of these two weeks, the feedback of these courses is good. The teaching mainly relies on the "Xuexitong" , Tencent conference, QQ group and other ways, the teachers also share course materials, and use wechat group and other ways to answer questions after classes, so as to ensure the teaching quality of teachers and the learning quality of students.
In addition, during the period of epidemic prevention and control, the tutors also maintain close contact with the graduates and undergraduates online, convey the spirit of the school documents timely and accurately, strengthen the remote guidance of students' academic and thesis, and increase the humanistic care for students.
