On the afternoon of November 3, the "Dacheng Financial Law Elite Training Camp Opening Ceremony and High-End Forum on Financial Law Talent Development" jointly organized by the Institute of Law and Economics and Dacheng Law Firm was successfully held at our university's Haidian campus. Present at the event were Lu Chunlong, member of the university's Party Committee and Vice President, Yu Fei, Executive Vice Dean of the Graduate School and Dean of the School of Civil, Commercial, and Economic Law, Xu Wenming, Vice Dean of the Institute of Law and Economics, Wang Lihong, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Senior Partner of Dacheng Law Firm China, Li Shoushuang, Managing Partner of Dacheng Law Firm, Cai Jianjun, General Manager of Beijing Huayu Yuandian Information Service Co., Ltd., Zhou Peixuan, Chair of the Supervisory Board of Bohai Leasing Co., Ltd., Wang Yan, Partner of Huajie Fund, Liu Siting, Vice President and General Counsel of Moore Threads, Wang Shu, Director of the Legal Department of Zijin Capital, as well as experts and representatives of selected trainees.

The opening ceremony was hosted by Xu Wenming, Vice Dean of the Institute of Law and Economics, with speeches delivered by Vice President Lu Chunlong and Wang Lihong, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dacheng Law Firm China. Lu Chunlong emphasized that China University of Political Science and Law places great importance on interdisciplinary talent cultivation, noting that financial law is a field deeply integrating law, finance, and computer science. Finance, as a critical national asset, serves as a booster for overcoming the bottleneck in the development of new productivity, a catalyst for high-quality economic growth, and a key component of national core competitiveness. The Dacheng Financial Law Elite Training Camp responds to the national strategic need for financial legal governance. Through systematic training beyond classroom teaching, it helps participants gain an in-depth understanding of financial laws and practices, playing an important role in innovative talent development.

Wang Lihong, combining practical experience in financial legal services, introduced the characteristics of financial law talent cultivation. Financial law professionals not only need a solid legal foundation but also a knowledge base in finance, economics, and other disciplines to better cope with the complexity and volatility of the financial market. The original intention of hosting the training camp was to provide participants with a high-quality platform for acquiring knowledge and to cultivate more high-level financial law professionals.

Vice President Professor Lu Chunlong awarded appointment letters to the first batch of practice mentors for the Dacheng Financial Law Elite Training Camp.

After the opening ceremony, Professor Yu Fei, Executive Vice Dean of the Graduate School and Dean of the School of Civil, Commercial and Economic Law, hosted the High-End Forum on Financial Law Talent Development.

Cai Jianjun, General Manager of Beijing Huayu Yuandian Information Service Co., Ltd., explored the application prospects of artificial intelligence technology in the field of financial law from a legal technology perspective. He elaborated on the important role of technological advancement in improving the efficiency of financial legal services and shared the latest cases of how legal technology has influenced the development of financial law.

Zhou Peixuan, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Bohai Leasing Co., Ltd., discussed legal risk management and compliance issues in the financial leasing business, emphasizing the importance of financial legal services in leasing transactions and demonstrating how legal services impact risk control and business innovation in the leasing industry through examples.

Wang Shu, Director of the Legal Department of Zijin Capital, shared practical experience in financial legal services from a capital operation perspective, focusing on the importance of applying legal strategies accurately in the fields of private equity investment and venture capital.

Liu Siting, Vice President and General Counsel of Moore Threads, used the example of companies going public overseas to analyze how financial law serves innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises, especially in the areas of intellectual property protection, data security, and privacy protection. She shared specific measures, based on her work experience, of how high-tech companies use legal tools to protect their rights when facing legal challenges.

Wang Yan, Partner at Huajie Fund, used private equity funds as an example to introduce the latest developments in financial legal services in the private equity field. He discussed the regulatory environment, investment strategies, and exit mechanisms of private equity funds, and analyzed the role of private equity funds in driving innovation and capital formation.

Li Shoushuang, Managing Partner at Dacheng Law Firm, offered suggestions on the cultivation of financial law talent from the perspective of lawyer development and provided an outlook on future trends in financial legal services.

The attendees expressed that the training camp provided a valuable platform for cooperation and exchange in the field of financial law, focusing on the cultivation of high-quality financial legal elites who meet the needs of the new era. This will promote the advancement of China's financial rule of law towards broader fields, deeper levels, and higher quality. The conference concluded successfully amidst enthusiastic applause.
