Research Interests: property law, corporate law, law and economic growth

Prof. Xureceived a Ph.D degree in economics from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Science, and a Ph.D degree in Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.His research focuses on law and economic growth, financial regulation, and China’s political economy. He has extensive publicationsin both international and Chinese journals, includingJournal of Economic Surveys, Economics of Governance, and Journal of East Asian Studies.
