Research Interests:securities law andfinancialregulation, corporate governance and finance, law and economics, private equity.

Prof. Ren has graduated from Peking University(LL.B and BA of Economics）and the University of Chicago(LL.M and J.S.D). He teaches law and financial regulation, corporate finance and governance and economic analysis of law. His research mainly focuses on securities regulation, private equity and corporate governance by using the law and economics method.
